Arrival and Departure Dates

The Forum will open on Tuesday 5 September with a welcome reception and dinner at 19:30 and will close with Dinner on Thursday 7 September 2017.

In consequence, you will need to book your transport to arrive in Vienna International Airport on Tuesday 5 September 2017 during the day and leave on Friday 8 September 2017 during the day.

Airport Transfers

Fortinet will not organize transfers from and to the airport.

The Hilton Vienna hotel has a direct airport connection via the city airport train (CAT), opposite the hotel. Departure every 30 mins from and to the airport. In only 16 min the city airport train (CAT) takes you non-stop from the city air terminal in the heart of Vienna to the airport.

Plus: You can already check in your luggage at the CAT Terminal Wien Mitte and continue your travel with hand luggage only.

Austria visa

Holders of an EEA (EU Member States, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway) or Swiss passport do not require a visa. Nationals from EU-countries as well as Switzerland and Liechtenstein may stay for an unlimited time. Holders of British Passports (European Union) do not need a visa for Austria.

For all other nationality, please contact the Austrian Department of Foreign Affairs manages Visa regulations in your country to find out if you need a Visa. (http://www.austria.info/uk – click on language and select your country)

Should you need an invitation letter for Visa purposes, please mention it upon registration and provide your full passport details upon registration.

End-users

Single occupancy hotel accommodation, Wifi, meals and conference related activities are complimentary for End Users. Attendees are responsible for airfare and travel arrangements to Vienna International airport and to Hilton Vienna Hotel, non-conference related activities and hotel incidental costs. Fortinet will not organize transfers from and to the airport – please refer to the Airport transfer session above.

Wireless Internet access will be available in all accommodations and conference areas.

Delegates will be provided with a single room for 3 nights at the Hilton Vienna Hotel: Tuesday 5 September, Wednesday 6 September, and Thursday 7 September 2017.

Accommodation beyond the scheduled conference dates is the responsibility of the attendee. Delegates wishing to extend their stay should send an email to 361securityforum@garnishevent.com. Rooms and rates are subject to availability with the hotel.

Distributors, global alliances and platinum partners

A $590 delegate fee applies for distributors and platinum partners. This fee includes conference attendance, accommodation and catering. The $590 delegate fee will remain unchanged even in case of a shorter stay (or even if Distributors, global alliances and platinum partners do not need accommodation).

Two payment methods: credit card and wire transfer.

  • Credit card: Please note your credit card will not be charged until you have been approved to attend this event. Once approved your credit card will charged and you will receive a receipt of payment and an invoice with your confirmation email. Please do not book your travel for this event until you receive your approval email.
  • Wire transfer: Please complete the billing address – You will receive the invoice with the bank details of Garnish Events– Payment should be processed by 7 working days. Once payment received you will receive your confirmation by email. Please do not book your travel for this event until you receive your approval email. If payment is not received by 7 working days, your seat will be released.

Cancelation policy

If cancellation occurs between 01 June 2017 and 31 July 2017 – 100% of the delegate fee will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs between 01 August 2017 and 21 August 2017 – 50% of the delegate fee will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs from 22 August 2017 – no refund of the delegate fee will be provided.

Only cancellation sent by email to 361securityforum@garnishevent.com will be taken in consideration.

Guest Attendance

Delegates wishing to attend with guest(s) (spouse/partner/family) should register their guest(s) during the registration process.

A $400 per (adult over 12 years) guest registration fee will apply. Children between 4 and 12 years fee is $200 when sharing their parents’ room. Children under 4 years are free of charge

Guest (adult over 12 years) registration fee includes 3 breakfasts (Tuesday 5 September 2017, Wednesday 6 September 2017, Thursday 7 September 2017), 3 cocktail receptions and dinners (Tuesday 5 September 2017, Wednesday 6 September 2017, Thursday 7 September 2017).

Airfare, conference lunches and incidental hotel costs are not included in the guest registration fee.

Children (between 4 and 12 years when sharing their parents’ room) registration fee includes 3 breakfasts (Tuesday 5 September 2017, Wednesday 6 September 2017, Thursday 7 September 2017), 2 cocktail receptions and dinners (Tuesday 5 September 2017 and Wednesday 6 September 2017). Airfare, conference lunches, cocktail reception/dinner on Thursday 7 September 2017 and incidental hotel costs are not included in the child registration fee.

Children (under 4years old when sharing their parents ‘room) are free of charge. However, airfare, conference lunches, cocktail reception/dinner on Wednesday 7 September 2017 and incidental hotel costs are not included in the child “under 4 years” registration fee.

All Children cannot attend the dinner on Thursday 7 September 2017.

Payment of these fees should be processed online by credit card.
